Petro Tower Ltd. is a joint venture between Petrosetco – a subsidiary of PetroVietnam and Fels SES International Pte Ltd – a subsidiary of Keppel Corporation Limited which is incorporated in Singapore. The Joint-Venture Company is first established in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under the Investment License No. 1221/GP dated 3 May 1995. The initial Investment License and its amendments were subsequently replaced by The Investment Certificate No. 491022000459 issued by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province on 16 January 2015. It owns the PetroVietnam Towers which is the only international purposed-built office building in Vung Tau.
